  3. Echo UPCOPY is a directory synchronizer. It copies new and more
  4. Echo recent files in one or both directions, and can erase files too. 
  5. Echo.
  6. Echo You can try command UPCOPY on its own now - there is context
  7. Echo sensitive help. Read UPCOPY.DOC for more information. 
  8. Echo.
  9. Echo It's not essential to run batch file INSTALL. It will simply copy
  10. Echo the UPCOPY files to a utilities directory you nominate. Also you
  11. Echo can decide to keep UPCOPY in its own directory. If you do you
  12. Echo should add the directory to the PATH statement in your AUTOEXEC.BAT. 
  13. Echo Either way you will be able to use UPCOPY wherever you like. You
  14. Echo can run UPCOPY from a floppy disk without installation. INSTALL
  15. Echo does NOT modify AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, WIN.INI, SYSTEM.INI or
  16. Echo anything else. UPCOPY does not time out, modify itself at install-
  17. Echo ation, keep a usage counter, get rude, or otherwise misbehave in any
  18. Echo way whatsoever.
